Network Marketing Tips Can You Handle The Truth?

Network Marketing...Can You Handle The Truth 300x233 Network Marketing Tips Can You Handle The Truth?

Many people engaged in network marketing expect to make money right away and when that doesn’t happen, they give up and start looking for another source of income.

_

People think if they don’t instantly earn money the system must be broken and begin searching for another way to earn a quick buck. These business “hoppers” only hurt themselves. They don’t ever stay the course long enough to realize growth and allow the system to work. Success doesn’t happen overnight; you have to be patient and give it time. Only when they embrace the fact that relationship building is more important than earning a “fast buck,” will they begin to reap the desired results. Perhaps if they had known the following network marketing tips, the road to success might have been smoother.

_

Achieving network marketing success takes time, effort and hard work.

_

Robert Kiyosaki, a huge promoter of network marketing, states that most individuals engage in network marketing strictly for the income potential. Upon discovering it is not a way to “get rich quick,” they become discouraged and quit. These naïve individuals tend to belittle the network marketing industry based upon their own shortcomings, most importantly, impatience. It takes time to realize growth and their involvement must come from a place other than quick profits. If their sole intention is quick financial gains, disappointment and disillusionment will always follow.

“If I had to do it all over again, rather than build an old style type of business, I would have started building a network marketing business.” ~ Robert T. Kiyosaki

Network Marketing Tip #1

Running a successful business is about more than making money; it is an opportunity to help others and support their prosperity as well. A respected business plan includes developing solutions for people and should not focus solely upon financial performance. Businesses depend on trust and respect, earned by knowing the needs and concerns of customers and demonstrating their value to your success.
-

Network Marketing Tip #2

Owning a business is a positive experience for those who take it seriously. They must be disciplined about keeping a set schedule, just as if employed by someone else. Letting things slide decreases the likelihood of attaining success, which only comes through hard work and dedication. Business is serious stuff! Attend to all necessary tasks your endeavor demands and don’t procrastinate. If taken seriously and properly nurtured, your business should experience gradual and steady growth.

_

Network Marketing Tip #3

It IS a business that demands daily effort on your part. It enables you to connect with an amazing array of people with similar interests, goals and aspirations. You can build a respected reputation based upon a caring attitude as well as creative and productive solutions provided to your customers and colleagues.

_

Your success will be based upon the trust you build. It will not happen immediately, but over the long haul as you demonstrate your authenticity, not selfish designs to line your pockets at the expense of others. It takes time to get the ball rolling, but you can get there through dogged determination and generosity of spirit.

_

Hopefully, these three network marketing tips have shed some light on the industry and its demands. If “you can handle the truth,” the perfect time to take the leap is now! Spend time getting to know your niche. You will quickly discover the intrinsic joy of owning your own successful business, built by giving people what they really need and want.

3 Tools You Can Use For Market Research

Marketing Tools 265x300 3 Tools You Can Use For Market ResearchSocial Media is a great tool for understanding market opportunities.

_

The other day a man I greatly admire, Roy A Ackerman wrote a blog about The Unknowns you can find if you use social media differently. The blog was called You, too, Roy?

_

His article made me think about all the research you can do using Social Media and online tools.

_

Most of us have heard of Survey Monkey where you can create surveys and send non- parametric samples to your contacts on your lists, Outlook (or similar list) and your social media contacts. While the information may have a bias, if you can get a big enough response rate, you can combine this information with other research to find a new opportunity for your business.

_

survey monkey 300x137 3 Tools You Can Use For Market Research

_

And then there is LinkedIn Answers.

_

linkedin answers 300x148 3 Tools You Can Use For Market Research

_

When you use LinkedIn answers, you can get a number of responses from people outside of your contacts.

_

Also within Linkedin you can set up surveys in groups and use polls as well within the groups you belong too.

_

And let’s remember Facebook.

_

Facebook is a great way of collecting information from consumers. And depending on how you ask your questions and how often you post and comment, can get you great answers.

_

FB Question 300x151 3 Tools You Can Use For Market Research_

The secret to doing successful research with any of these tools though is:

  1. Ask open-ended questions. Questions that can generate discussion, more than just yes or no answers

  2. Reply to all responders to encourage others to respond

  3. Offer something for people who respond – the results of your survey or something else that would be meaningful to those who respond to your research.

_

And remember, research never ends. If you want to succeed in business, you need to continually learn more about your clients’ needs.

Social Networking Sites and Online Sales Is There a Relationship?

Social Networking 300x300 Social Networking Sites and Online Sales Is There a Relationship? You know that social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn provide ample opportunities for getting your business name out there.

But when it comes to social networking sites and online sales, is there an actual relationship?  Can social networking profiles actually  increase your conversion rates – or are they just a great way to suck up your valuable marketing time?

Now, Internet marketing experts are split on the subject of how impactful social networking sites are for increasing conversion rates and sales.

Sure, they do a lot to increase your business’ visibility in the online world – but will they actually do enough to prompt your clients to buy your products?  The jury may still be out on this one, but one thing’s for sure – these social networking sites are crucial to maximizing your online success.

If there’s such controversy around using social networking profiles as a way to increase sales, why is there such a precedence placed on their use?

The whole purpose of social networking is to “bond” with your customers, who all have one thing in common –>you.  People opt to “friend” or “follow” a business because they feel like they’re getting closer to something that they truly value.

In this way, there’s no quantifiable relationship between conversion rates and social networking – but there certainly is a qualitative relationship.  And although this may be harder to measure, it’s nonetheless crucial to the success of your online business.

Play up this psychological link by posting compelling personal messages to your community.  Don’t just upload links and articles; instead, keep your profile fresh by uploading new information or by asking thought-provoking questions.

What is your opinion of social networking in relation to your online sales?

Make it a successful and profitable day!

Making The Switch: Why Learn Internet Marketing?

going to work 300x285 Making The Switch: Why Learn Internet Marketing?

Every day, millions of people wake up and go to work. And not just any kind of work – they go to their jobs.

Working hard to preserve the paycheck their company has promised to pay them, at an amount that company decided their time is worth, these people go out of their way to do their jobs so that they don’t lose it.  In other words, for fear of losing their jobs, these people willingly give at least 40 hours+ a week to someone else’s business.  Essentially, these people work for money.

Do the math: there are 168 hours in one week. Assuming we spend 7 hours every night sleeping, that leaves 119 waking hours. Of those 119 hours, at least 40 of them are spent at work. That’s 30% of every week!  The numbers get even more scary for those on salary, or those “on-call”.  And remember, these numbers don’t include commuting…

In addition to the time costs, jobs also take a toll on our emotions. It’s obvious to see that spending that much time working hard and dealing with stress out of fear can most certainly have a negative effect on our personalities.  How many times have you or someone you know come home from work and is totally happy? More often than not, after finishing work, the rest of the day is lost for them because they feel tired and drained. Playing with the kids, or going on a date with their significant others becomes a chore.  This is a very tragic thing.

Internet marketing skills can be the key to breaking that terrible cycle.  With those skills, anyone can build a business online, whether through selling someone else’s products (as with affiliate or network marketing) or selling their own.  The best part is that those skills can be applied to more than one product, so you can continue to sell online, as long as there are other products

Perhaps one of the greatest things that having developed internet marketing skills can provide is freedom. The obligation to spend all of your time working in fear for someone else’s company completely goes away. All of the work you do and put into your skills has an immediate payout to YOU – not to someone else. Essentially, internet marketers work for freedom.

I liken the difference between being an internet and network marketer versus being an employee to the famous choice the character Neo makes in the movie “The Matrix.” In the movie, Neo is presented with two pills – a blue pill and a red pill. If he takes the blue pill, Neo stays in the matrix, living his life as if nothing else existed. However, swallowing the red pill would let him escape the matrix, opening his eyes to the “real” world – where humans are trapped by machines.

Which would you choose?  To be “farmed” by a business, forced to follow their culture, and accept what pay they give you? Or would you rather build a business that you own, traveling when you like, and generating as much income as you please?

I’ll take the red pill!

Facebook New Question Tool – Is It Good For Your Business?

Facebook Question Feature thumbnail 260x300 Facebook New Question Tool – Is It Good For Your Business?Recently, Facebook rolled out a new feature “Question” that can be found on your Profile or Home page.  Will it be a tool that is right for your business?

If you ever sent out a survey or wanted to know what your customers are thinking, then the ability to ask a specific question on Facebook will be a huge marketing tool you should certainly take a look at.

I tested out the Question feature and was delighted with the results.  My question was about business logo’s.  The Facebook Question feature lets you list answers for your visitors to vote for or they can also add their own answer.

Question is a great way to interact with others, build awareness about you and is a great resource for finding out what others are thinking about specific topics.

Link Building Best Practices for Better SEO

What is Link building for SEO?

Link building is one of the techniques used in search engine optimization where search engine optimizers acquire inbound / back links to a website from relevant websites to improve search engine rankings. Every link pointing to the website is counted as a vote and the many quality back links your website have the better. This will also help to boost the site page rank.

For example a real estate website can have inbound links from other realtor websites and also from industry sites like CMHC, homebuilders association etc. They are all related to the same industry and this helps Google and other search engines to rankLink Building for Best SEO Practices1 300x279 Link Building Best Practices for Better SEO the website high on search engines for any real estate keywords.

This process needs to be executed tactically without getting any reduction in search engine ranking positions (SERPs). Because of some link building practices one can get paid back links to the website to boost SERPs.  Basically some pay for website owners to purchase links. You may have heard link farms or link schemes, they are similar. Google always advised against buying links and if you suspect any website involved in the link forms you can report them to Google.

Black hat Link building – New York Times exposes J.C. Penny!

What New York times exposed about J.C. penny was that J.C. Penny has been participating in link schemes to gain high search engine rankings for certain keywords like “dresses”, “bedding”, “furniture” etc..They have been ranking for these terms like #1 on Google apparently for the entire holiday season. After the NYtimes exposed whole link scheme Google took manual penalty action on J.C. Penny website. Many of their keyword rankings are dropped from #1 placement to #68 – #70. Any search engine rankings beyond page 3 on Google virtually gets no traffic!

Link building best practices for SEO:

There isn’t any definite guide on link building best practices, the below are most commonly used best practices to build inbound links.

  • Create something that has value for your community or industry; this will naturally create back links for your website.
  • Create listings from local web directories; look for the free directories that only accept quality submissions.
  • Participate in Q&A websites, offer your expertise to the community
  • Look at your competitors, check their back links. If you have a common supplier or manufacturer you can get a link
  • Write articles – submit them to many sites that publish your content for free
  • Do press releases – you can write a press release about a new product or service you are offering
  • You can also use affiliates – many of the affiliates have their own websites and request a back link from a featured page
  • Create badges that will create back links to your website. Offer these badges for free
  • Offer free tools, free information sessions or webinars and request for a free blog. Ask for people to share the link on social networking sites.
  • Participate in forums – be a real person and offer something valuable for the forum, do not spam to get a link. You might get kicked out of the forum.
  • Sponsor community events – generate press coverage and get a link back from all new paper websites
  • Post job openings to industry authority websites and many free job posting sites

Marketing Points For a Successful Business Online

Marketing Successful Online Business 300x200 Marketing Points For a Successful Business OnlineYour online business is up and running with a good amount of traffic, visitors and activity.  But where are the sales?

While social media sites are the best ways to bring awareness about you, your business and products — it won’t help if your site isn’t producing results — Sales!

Double check to see if you have the following points covered:

Knowing Your Market Niche  -  An important aspect to your online business is providing information, products and services to those that are searching for what you are offering.  Understanding your market niche, demand and competition is vital.  This is a step you do not want to short change yourself on.

Double Check Your Keywords  -  Keyword research is a huge factor in producing your site, profile, ads and everything else that pertains to promoting your online business.  So if sales are not what you are expecting, revisiting your keywords should be considered.  Research your current list of keywords and modify your list according to the information you discover.

Is Your Site User Friendly  -   Nothing is more frustrating than visiting a site and you have to figure out how to purchase your product or service.  If your potential customer finds it too difficult to navigate your site, chances are they are leaving and may not return.  Worse, they could tell others about their experience.  So make sure your site is easy to understand to everyone.

Are You Communicating  -  It could be surprising but people like to be told what to do.  So if your posts, articles or ads are not suggesting or telling your reader what you want from them, chances are they may be just reading and not thinking about taking the next step.  So be clear with your audience when you are communicating your desires.  Of course, I’m not suggesting being blunt and forward, but rather helpful and polite.  This point in itself could make a huge difference in seeing more visitors and sales.

Please share some of your ideas for increasing your potential sales for your online business.  It is a great way to help others …..

What Are the 3 C’s of Effective Facebook Marketing?

Number 3 293x300 What Are the 3 Cs of Effective Facebook Marketing?

3 C's to Effective Facebook Marketing

Welcome Back!  Guest Author:  Ryan Biddulph, RBs Keys to Home Based Success

Facebook marketing can be broken down into 3 C’s.

Each C requires some mental discipline. When feeling anxious I guarantee you feel the urge to abandon each positive C and focus on a negative C: Competition.

You fear other people – i.e. competition – will beat you to prospects so you engage in silly competitive practices like trying to add friends at a breakneck pace or shoving your home based opportunity down people’s throats.

Yuck.

Forget about the number of friends you have.  Focus on the number of connections you make.

Be calm. Stick to the 3 C’s and grow your business the right way.

Connections

Your business will grow in relation to the value which you bring to the table (2nd C) and the number of connections you make.

Engage your friends. Share their content. Comment on their content. Send them appreciative messages. Give, give, give. Connect.

Each connection you make leverages your presence. Connections spread the word about your opportunity. They might join your opportunity.

They trust you because you connected with them. You didn’t try to sell them or market something to them. You gained their trust by treating them like a special person and a connection naturally formed.

Creation

What do you bring to the table?

How much creating do you do? How many blog posts or articles have you written? How many videos have you uploaded?

Authorities bring value to Facebook each day. Help enough people with your content and you become an expert.

Consistency

Persistence rules.

Make connections and create content on a consistent basis. Stick with it. Gain momentum.

Eventually you hit Facebook critical mass where prospects find you with greater ease. It seems like each blog post you Share on FB attracts more prospects. More of your connections lead to business partnerships.

When these trends begin to form it’s evidence of a person who persisted with sticking to a few simple steps each day.

You mastered the 3 C’s.

How do you market on Facebook? Please share in the comments section.

Entrepreneurial Food For Thought or where to start?

Guest Author:  Donna Thomas

Food for thought Entrepreneur 446x630 212x300 Entrepreneurial Food For Thought or where to start?Oh the lists, long, detailed, technical, but I digress…let’s start at the beginning…

Well, like so many of you, I got extremely tired of being pushed around, watching my job responsibilities expand, my pay decrease and my job security disappear. So I did a little reading and looked around the web and decided, why not, if the numerous 20 year olds out there making a decent income online can do it why not me?

So I jumped in, feet first, to learn, acquire and slay that dragon of entrepreneurial know how to make my first 6 figure income pay check. I enrolled in several programs, affiliate marketing, list building, video marketing etc, etc. While all of these provided valuable content, I reached a point after several months when my head was ready to explode… what to do first, where should I invest my time, resources, efforts, money… ???

Ok, everyone agreed I needed a presence, i.e. branding. Best place to do that, yep you got it the third largest country in the world, Facebook! So off I went Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google. Built the profiles and put in my hobbies, jobs, education…all they asked for. Added my email list to all of them. Now what? Ok another class on social media marketing, build that list, add friends, and attract them by posting valuable content. Check, check and double check.

Must have a blog, it’s your home, the place where everyone will get to know who you are and what you are about. Ahhhh, but now that means you have to post valuable content and what do you want to post and where will you get the new fresh ideas about that content? More to add to the “to do” list!

Twitter, don’t forget to tweet and retweet, check your replies, respond to your messages. Ah but don’t overlook how valuable video marketing can be it will improve your SEO and get you on top in Google. Next, make some videos, talk about your product, and add content. Once you create your channel in YouTube make sure you are checking for responses. Post those videos at multiple sites and get a video distribution site. Check out traffic geyser, tweet meme, social oomph, jing, bit.ly, tweet deck, mashable, and on and on and on…

But when the dust clears and you have spent several thousand dollars at a minimum and hours, no days of reading, no wrong again, weeks examining and testing and listening are you any further ahead. Well, I would say yes, it’s all part of the learning curve in acquiring the skills, expertise, and knowledge needed to develop a presence/brand online.

However I would add one little bit of advice as you approach that dragon, don’t go alone. Find a coach, mentor, knowledgeable expert to clear the trail on your path, someone who has a proven track record and can guide and support you along your voyage. In fact, create a tribe of supportive experts that have the capabilities to forge ahead. Besides who wants to eat dragon alone?

Wishing you the very best on your quest for success in your online marketing campaign but please talk to a person who can lead you along the trek to six figure triumph!

Best wishes and have fun on your journey, Donna Thomas

SEO Tip: Creating Your Online Profile

rsz 2927561056 c2be91a51c b1 150x150 SEO Tip: Creating Your Online ProfileWhat would you do if a customer contacted you and asked if you were still in business? Yikes! I would be in a panic and wonder why they are asking that.

When was the last time you ‘Googled’ yourself, your business or your product? I am sharing this video because this can happen to any of us at any time.

Your business profile is important to keep fresh and up to date. From time to time, it is a good idea to update keywords and check your links so that they are working properly.

You may have some good ideas on how to keep your profile and links updated – please let us know and comment below.

Social Networking – Is it working for you?

Phone Message Machine 640x480 300x225 Social Networking – Is it working for you?Remember ‘back in the day’ when you came home from work and saw that flashing light on your phone.  It was a message!  Maybe it was from your mom or a friend, but it was fun to listen to their messages.

Today, fast forward, we have what is now called Social Networking.  This is the most popular way to communicate with family and friends.  You can send messages to people that live in other states or miles away to countries around the globe.  Sharing today’s moments, inspirations, activities, photos, interesting links, videos and so on.

It is the biggest craze since the telephone was first discovered!

And now, Social Networking is actually becoming a wonderful marketing tool.  It is a great way to ‘indirectly” let others know that you have a business, product or service.

Remember though these are Social Networks and nobody wants to be SOLD to.  So then you say  . . . WHAT?!!

How can this be a marketing tool if I can’t SELL?  The quick answer to that is – you should never sell to anyone!  Today’s marketing is all about building relationships.  Let people find out who YOU are and then they will venture on to see what you might have to offer.  Creating that relationship will bring you success over and over again.

The days are gone when you could knock on some ones door and say ‘would you please buy my latest product’ – Today you will probably get the door slammed in your face.

Consider this ….. a well thought out and implemented social network will knock on doors for you through the internet.  The number of doors you can knock on each day can be hundreds to thousands!  This gives you a greater opportunity to meet more people in a shorter time period.  And why is that important?  Time is money …. and your marketing efforts through social networking will start actually paying you an income!

The top 3 social media sites you should focus on, in my opinion, would be FaceBook, Twitter and Linkedin also with a good business blog that will act as your ‘hub’.

So when you decide to build your social network, join FaceBook, Twitter and Linkedin or any other of the Social Media sites you may choose — just remember to keep it ‘social’ and low key.  Share some interesting & helpful information, build a relationship, friendship that can later work into being the right time to share your business, product or service.

How many social media sites is your business connected to and how are they helping your business?

Facebook: Group Page vs. Fan Page

Beach on computer making money online 150x150 Facebook: Group Page vs. Fan PageFacebook is growing leaps and bounds.  Although it started out as a way for college kids to share info with each other, it has now turned into a huge platform for many different social purposes.

The profile page is your personal information that you wish to share with family, friends, coworkers, etc.  Sharing your favorite books, movies, musics along with where you are from and your current city you reside.  Sharing personal information with family and friends on Facebook is easy and more fun than email.  Sharing photos and videos has exploded within the last few years.

Now more than ever, small business and large business are seeing how important it is to have a presence on FaceBook.  A marketing tool that has increased awareness for consumers but also gives them a way to interact with these companies.

So the big question still remains today ….. do you want a Group or a Fan Page.

The following is from a post I received last year from Spencer Spellman …. and he says it best:

Facebook Groups are good for narrowing in on interests. If you’re a part of an organization in a city, you can use a Facebook group for promoting upcoming events or post relevant topics that members would respond to. Although groups can be used for conversation, they often become more of an brand identity, rather than a place for dialoguing with other group members.

Facebook Fan pages on the other hand, although they sound like groups, are actually much different. Fan pages allow the same type of interaction as group pages but with much more options for customization and personalization. Similar to group pages, a Facebook Fan page has a wall and can have a discussion board, but it can also have much more, like Facebook applications, flash and html code. Because of the flexibility of using html code, fan pages can be customized to look similar to a web site. Although fan pages often are pages devoted to a particular athlete, actor or hero, they are quickly becoming much more than that, with pages for marketers, realtors, magazines and writers.”

Top 4 Areas to Keyword your way to Success

Business Computer 150x150 Top 4 Areas to Keyword your way to Success

Keyword Research is Key!

You may have heard it over and over again how important keywords are to your online business success.  Keywords can be one word or a grouping of words that best describes your product, service or market niche.

Keyword tools provide a great way to build your keyword list with ease.  Researching your keywords takes time.  However, the more time you put into obtaining your keywords, you will be rewarded in the end.  Once you have your list of keywords, it is time to put them into action.  The following are the top 4 areas you should consider utilizing your keywords:

URL’s – Domain Names

When deciding on your domain or site name for your blog or website, consider referring to your keyword list.  Use your top keywords first and only working down to your other keywords when those words are not available.

Adding other keywords to create a longer domain name use to be considered not a good thing to do.  But as the internet continues to grow, and as other sites gobble up market niche keywords, longer domain or site URL’s are becoming more acceptable.  After all, it really isn’t just the URL that will get you ranked higher with the search engines.  There is a lot more SEO (Search Engine Optimization) that is required these days to get your new site to top rankings.

Article Titles

Growing your online business with article marketing is important to increase traffic to your blog or site.  Use your keywords to create article titles.  This is a great way to give you ideas of what to write about.

Search for titles using your keywords for popularity, trends and ranking.  Visit top article sites like ezinearticles.com to further research titles that are popular with readers and that are within your keyword range.

Use two to three of your key words in your article titles.  Then sprinkle those same keywords within the article so that it is related to what you are discussing.  Never copy others titles or formats.  There are plenty of ways to say the same thing and will keep you out of any copy write issues.

Anchor Text

Writing articles or posts is a great way to share free information, knowledge and experience with potential visitors.  Visitors enjoy being guided along with other information you can share with them.  By this, I mean, refer them to your site or to another article or post that compliments your information that you are giving to your visitors.  You can do this through ‘anchor text’.

Anchor text is a word or group of words that are linked to another site leading your visitors to more information.  The anchor text should always be your keywords as search engines will take notice and generally help you to get a higher ranking.  Why?  Because you are showing that you are truly concerned about giving good quality content to your readers and NOT selling to them.  Bringing value to your visitors is seen by the search engines in a very positive way.

Blog Posts

Blog posts are similar to articles in that they provide information to your visitors.  Generally blog posts are shorter and allow your visitors to leave comments or suggestions.

Setting up your blog should always have your keywords in mind.  A successful blog requires good SEO (Search Engine Optimization) techniques.  Utilizing your keywords is a great way to set up the categories or pages of your blog.   For instance, if your product is Dog Grooming, you may have categories of Show Dog Grooming, Grooming the Family Dog, etc.    They should represent your keywords and of course make sense too!

Blog posts relating to each of these categories, good content to your reader and using your keywords within the post is an ideal way to get the attention of the search engines.  Posting on a regular basis and encouraging your visitors to make comments is also key.

Your keywords are not only important to blogs and sites, they also describe who & what you are to your visitors.  Growing and branding you, your service or products can be achieved in many ways.  But keywords will play a very important role in getting you noticed with search engines and your visitors!

5 Easy to Understand Steps to Article Writing

Article Writing 150x150 5 Easy to Understand Steps to Article WritingIf you are anything like me, when I started marketing on the internet I tried everything I could to make successful sales without writing an article. I heard over and over again about article writing and how it improves your ranking, but because I was not into writing anything past 10 or 15 words, I just couldn’t imagine writing a whole article!

Here are 5 Easy to Understand Steps to Article Writing:

Step One: The key is, DON’T PANIC! Take some time and search online for articles in your niche. Read a few articles to get an idea of the flow and structure. Once I did this, I felt more confident that I could do this.

Step Two: Write down every idea that comes to mind about your particular market niche, product, service that you are promoting. Think about 5 Top Keys, 3 Simple Steps, How To, and so on. From there you can either start writing about that particular idea. BUT….. I have something else that you might like even better – skip and go to Step Four.

Step Three: Go to any article directory on the web. If you have never been to an article directory, it is generally a site of articles about every subject you can imagine. Now type in one of your ‘ideas’ that you wrote down into the sites search box. You will be amazed at all the articles that are being written about ‘your’ idea!

Step Four: Take one of those articles and just re-write it!  Yup, it’s that simple. But of course, never, ever copy another authors work. This exercise is purely to give you an idea and also structure for your article that you will write. Use catchy titles and be sure to always use your keywords that best fit your market niche.

Step Five: Start submitting your articles to online article directories. Be sure to complete the ‘Resource Box’. This area is very important. It allows you to give a brief description of you, your company AND to include your link back to your site or blog. This is the secret of getting those very important ‘backlinks’ and is the secret to improving your visitor count to your site, which in turn should equate to more sales.

That is it. I hope this gives you more motivation to start writing those articles. Try writing an article at least 2 or 3 per week. Oh, of course, after you are done writing, start submitting your articles to all the article directories. Then watch your tracking stats on your website to see how effective your hard work has helped!

Article Marketng: Increase Your Online Sales

Man on computer business marketing 150x150 Article Marketng: Increase Your Online SalesIt’s true what they say, articles do effectively bring you traffic to your site. And the cost is virtually free! It just takes some of your time to write the articles for your particular market niche. Utilizing your keywords will be very important. The Author’s Resource Box is another area that is of importance because it allows you to briefly talk about you and your company, but also a link back to your site. This ‘back link’ is the KEY in getting more visitors to your site, which should equate to more sales and online business success.

So if you have been putting it off ….. don’t! Start today, write an article and submit it to the article directories. Then watch the tracking on your website. If you continuely write and submit articles with your link back to your site, you should even see your ranking increase too. So article writing is still a win, win.

AND …. if you just don’t have the time or really don’t like to write, then consider outsourcing it to either a virtual assistant or you could also check Elance.com or Scriptlance.com, post a project for someone to write articles for you. Whatever way you go – Just Do It!
