Another simple Facebook tactic to include in your social media marketing repertoire is “liking” your customers.  A lot of businesses take the time to ask consumers to like their brand, but why not start out liking theirs?  With the average person having 120-200 connections on Facebook, you can drastically increase this number by taking the initiative to show an interest in your prospects and customers.

The final tip to put in your pocket is as basic as they come; LISTEN!  Listen, listen and then take the time to listen a little bit more.  You should never be too busy to listen to what your prospects and customers have to say as they are the ones that make or break you.  By giving all of your attention to the prospect, you show an interest in what they have to say and can really learn a thing or two about what your target market is looking for.
